The Cosmos Foundation has recently started providing free legal Consultation through its “Legal Aid Centre”.
Our Objectives
For Women
To provide free legal advice to women facing matrimonial issues, especially those from vulnerable and needy backgrounds.
For Senior Citizens
To provide legal guidance to senior citizens facing harassment, ill-treatment, or property-related disputes with their children, particularly in respect of properties acquired from their own income and held in their name.
Testamentary Matters
To provide legal advice on wills, codicils, and other testamentary matters to senior citizens and interested persons.
For Economically Weaker Sections
To provide legal services at nominal cost to senior citizens and women from economically weaker sections, to help protect their property and fundamental rights.
Legal Awareness
To educate the public on various legal subjects by conducting free lectures and workshops as and when required.
